In one instance I asked a lovely person outside a restaurant in London while I was on a shoot. “What do you love about this place?”
He gave me an answer that I wasn’t expecting and has been with me to this day, I knew I wanted people to talk about my business and future businesses the way he spoke about this restaurant which was:
”I just love the story that goes behind each dish, it just has a lot of background and the staff are so welcoming, it’s just a great vibe, an escape from the city of London.”
